Add New FullContact Business Cards as Contacts in Zendesk Sell with Zapier

You can utilize Zapier to automatically add your new FullContact Business Cards to Zendesk Sell CRM Contacts. If you have not yet checked out our general Zapier article you may want to do that now.

To get started you’ll need:

  • A Zapier account

  • A FullContact account

  • A Zendesk Sell account

Click the “Use this Zap” button below to start the setup process for FullContact Business Cards. 

If you wish to create your own FullContact Business Card Zap, navigate to the page below by clicking here.


Upon clicking on the "Use this Zap" button, a pop-up will appear. If it does not appear, please check your browser pop-up settings. 

Select Triggers

Next, select the 'New Business Card Transcribed' FullContact trigger and click "Continue."


If you are creating your own FullContact Zap, you can select from the FullContact Triggers below. 


Connect FullContact Account

You will now have to connect your FullContact account. Click the "Connect a New Account" button and a pop up will appear.


You will be asked to enter your FullContact information.


Click "Authorize" and the pop-up will close and the account will be connected like so, 

Select the account and click "Save + Continue."

Test Zap

Next, you can pull in sample data to test your Zap. If the account has been added and selected correctly you will reach this passed test page:


Click "Save + Continue."

Create Sell Action

Next, select the 'Create Person' Action and click "Save + Continue".


If you are creating your own Zap, you can select from the action options below. 


Connect Sell Account

If you have not read the general Zapier article which includes how to connect your Zendesk Sell account, you can do that now. Or, you can connect your Sell account within this step of the Zap creation. 


Once an account has been linked, select it and click “Continue.”

If the account has been added and selected correctly you will reach this passed test page:


Select the account and click "Continue."

Map Data

Next, you will be asked to set up your Sell Contact. You'll need to select the FullContact fields you would like Zapier to add to your new Sell Contacts. More on that process hereEdit_a_Step_-_Zapier_2018-12-03_17-58-13.png

When completed, click “Continue.”

Test Data

A test of your Zap will now appear. If the information looks correct click “Create & Continue.” If everything was completed properly, the following message will appear:


Clicking “Finish” will complete the Zap and turn it on. Congrats! You did it! Now when you create a new Business Card in FullContact it will automatically be added to Sell.
