We've updated Base app in Zendesk to increase your support teams' visibility into key account data stored in Base.
The Base App available from within Zendesk displays related Base deal, contact and company information within the context of each Zendesk ticket. This key information quickly enables your support team to understand context prior to each interaction including;
- Account status (Customer vs. Prospect)
- Related open deals
- Title of the requestor
With contextual information, your support team can provide a more thoughtful customer experience and also quickly prioritize their responses.
