If you're an iOS user and haven't downloaded the Zendesk Sell mobile app, head over to the App Store to install the app on your mobile device to get started with managing your Lead, Contacts, and Deals on the go!
Leads, Contacts, and Deals can be added in a few different ways on the iOS mobile app:
- Adding from Today section
- Adding from Leads section
- Adding from Contacts section
- Adding from Deals section
Use the Global Add option located at the top right of the screen on the Today page to quickly add a Lead, Contact, or Deal as soon as you log in to Sell through the iOS app.
Leads can also be added from the Leads page - simply click on the + icon in the top right corner. There are three options for adding a Lead:
New Lead allows you to type in Lead information manually
From Address Book allows you to add a Lead from your phone's address book
From Map allows you to drop a pin on the map to add a Lead.
NOTE: You’ll need to enter either a Company Name or a Last Name before you are able to save.
Contacts, just like Leads, can be added from the Contacts page by clicking on the + icon in the top right corner. There are three options for adding a Contact:
New Person allows you to create a new Person Contact
New Company allows you to create a new Company Contact
From Address Book allows you to add a Contact from your phone's address book
NOTE: If adding a Company Contact, you must have a Company Name in order to save. If adding a Person Contact, you must have a Last Name in order to save!
Deals can be added from the Deals page by clicking on the + icon in the top right corner.
Deals can also be added from an existing Contact - navigate to the Contact you'd like to create a Deal for and click on the $ (deal) icon
Then select "New Deal" to create a brand new Deal or associate this Contact with an existing Deal.
NOTE: Deals must include the Deal Name and the Associated Contact before saving. You can either choose an existing Contact from Sell or create a new Contact upon creation of the Deal.
