Managing a lead, contact, or deal on iOS

all Sell plans

With the iOS Sell mobile app, you can work with your leads, contacts, and deals directly from your phone. Use one of the following methods to work with these types of records.

To add a lead, contact, or deal

  1. Go to the Today (dashboard) tab, and click the + icon to add a lead, contact, or deal.

  2. Alternatively, to add a lead, go to the Leads tab, and click the + icon to add an entry.
    These are the options for adding a lead:
    • New Lead allows you to type in information manually
    • From Address Book allows you to add a lead from your phone's address book
    • From Map allows you to drop a pin on the map to add a lead.
  3. Alternatively, to add a contact, go to the Contacts tab, and click the + icon to add an entry. 
    These are the options for adding a contact:
    • New Person allows you to type in information manually
    • New Company allows you to add a company as a contact
    • From Address Book allows you to add a contact from your phone's address book
    • Person from Map, and Company from Map allow you to drop a pin on the map to add a the contact person or company.
  4. Alternatively, to add a deal, go to the Deals tab, and click the + icon to add an entry.
  5. Deals can also be added from an existing contact.
    1. Go to the contact you'd like to create a deal for and click on the $ (deal) icon.IMG_5344__1_.png
    2. Select New Deal to create a brand new deal or Existing Deals to associate this contact with an existing deal.

Deals must include the deal name and the associated contact. You can either choose an existing contact from Sell, or create a new contact when you create the deal.
