Attaching Documents - Android

If you're an Android user and haven't downloaded the Zendesk Sell mobile app, head over to the Google Play store to install the app on your mobile device to get started with managing your Leads, Contacts and Deals on the go!

Add Documents to a specific Lead, Contact, or Deal to easily access or reference them at any time. Documents added via Mobile and accessed both on the Web or on the Mobile.

Adding a Document

Navigate to a Lead, Contact or Deal, click on "Documents" and click then the + icon.


You can choose to attach a document from the Repository or from Document.

Note: Document Repository is only available on Professional and Enterprise Plan. 



If you choose Documents, you will be able to browse & select source of the Document.

Find the Document or photo you’d like to attach to your card and click on ✓ to upload.

You can download an already uploaded Document by clicking on the Document displayed on the card.
