Calling and Logging Calls - Android

If you're an Android user and haven't downloaded the Zendesk Sell mobile app, head over to the Google Play store to install the app on your mobile device to get started with managing your Leads, Contacts and Deals on the go!

The full Voice Integration is available on the Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans of Sell, and every account comes with $1 in free calls.

Making a call

Navigate to the Lead or Contact you'd like to call and select their phone number. 



Choose how you'd like to make a call. You can only make a call with Voice if you have already selected a phone number from your 'Voice and Text' settings in Sell. More info on Voice here


Logging a Call

If you'd like to simply log a call with associated notes instead of calling directly, choose Log a Call and select the outcome of your call. Add notes and click on ✓ when finished.


Logged calls will be displayed on the Activity Feed of the Lead, Contact, or Deal you've logged it against.
