Filters & Lists - iOS

If you're an iOS user and haven't downloaded the Zendesk Sell mobile app, head over to the App Store to install the app on your mobile device to get started with managing your Lead, Contacts, and Deals on the go!

Filters and Lists should be used to cut through the noise and focus on information that's relevant to you. Lists are essential in the life of a Sales Professional and now play an even larger part of the Sell experience. Lists allow you to define what matters to you most in records, and work with them accordingly. 

Say, for example, you have 1,000 leads in Sell, in order to be effective you might want to only view leads in a certain area or leads rom a certain industry. You can apply Filters to your general Working List and once you find the perfect view, you can save it as a List. With creation and management of Lists you can disregard the clutter and only view important information.

How to Apply Filters

Navigate to Leads, Contacts, or Deals and click onScreen_Shot_2018-11-09_at_9.04.25_PM.png. This will take you to a list of fields you can use to filter or sort. To sort by a certain field, tap the arrow next to the field name. To add more fields to filter by, click on Add Field.

If you want to remove a field, swipe left on the field name to Remove.

How to create a Smart List

After adding fields, applying filters and/or sorting, if you'd like to save this list for future access or to capture a particular insight, you can click Screen_Shot_2018-11-09_at_9.11.15_PM.png at the bottom of your filter menu. Name your Smart List and click OK to save.

You can access your Working Center by clicking on the Tap to change List menu at the top of your screen.

The Working Center contains your saved Smart Lists and the Working list of all your Contacts. You can create a brand new Smart List from this page as well.

Ways to View your Smart Lists

There are three ways to display any list of Leads, Contacts, or Deals. Toggle between the different views by selecting the icon in the top left. The icon will change depending on which View you are in.

List View Screen_Shot_2018-11-09_at_9.18.57_PM.png shows all of your items in an index, displaying them in a list.

Map View Screen_Shot_2018-11-09_at_3.10.42_PM.png displays the items as pins on a map.

Card View Screen_Shot_2018-11-09_at_9.22.37_PM.png summarizes each item into a card. Swipe left and right to scroll through the cards.
