Send emails to Zendesk Sell automatically with Yesware

Sending emails to Zendesk Sell using the BCC email dropbox can become tedious and time consuming. Luckily there is a company called Yesware that has built a great integration that will take care of this for you. No longer do you have to manually type in the BCC dropbox address to have emails sent to Sell.

Getting Started

First you will need to get the Yesware Chrome extension. You can download that by clicking here. Once you get it added, you will be taken to your Gmail account. When you go to write a new email you will notice a new toolbar that includes a "CRM" button. Click this button to add Sell to Yesware.

You will be asked to enter your BCC email address. You can find this by logging into your Sell account and opening a Contact card. The BCC address can be found in the bottom left corner of the card.


Copy your contact dropbox email address, enter it into Yesware and select OK.

Once you add the address your BCC dropbox will automatically be included in outgoing emails. If you don't want an email to be copied to Sell, just click the CRM button and the BCC email address will be removed from that email.
