Exporting data from Zendesk Sell

 You can export data relating to Leads, Contacts, Deals, Notes, Documents, and Tasks. Activity history, appointments, emails, and call logs can't be exported.

Note: You need Account Admin permissions to export data.

To export your data, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Click the Export tab under Tools.



3. Click the Export button.


An email with a link to download all your data is provided in CSV format.

Note: You can go back to the Export panel to review and download all Exports on your account from the last 30 days.
Note: Documents are available as links to the uploaded files. For security purposes, these links expire after 24 hours of the export being generated.
