Knowing if your email has reached your client is as vital an aspect of the sales process as any. Zendesk Sell lets you track this important information by showing you:
- if the recipient has opened your email
- if they clicked the link you put in the email
Better still, Sell shows you how many times the recipient viewed the email and clicked the link.
