How Do I Check if Someone's Opened My Email?

Knowing if your email has reached your client is as vital an aspect of the sales process as any.  Zendesk Sell lets you track this important information by showing you:

  • if the recipient has opened your email
  • if they clicked the link you put in the email

Better still, Sell shows you how many times the recipient viewed the email and clicked the link.

You can view these details in the activity feed on the contact or deal page:

These stats will also be displayed in your Communications Center.

Note: View and click tracking is only available for emails sent from Sell. Emails sent outside of Sell will show the note "Sent outside of Sell" instead of the number of views and clicks.
