What should I do when I don't receive my invitation email to join Base?

Base will automatically send you an invitation email when your account Admin creates a new user account using your name and email address. If you have not received this email it may be due to the following:

 

1) This email can take up to 5 minutes to appear in your email inbox. 

 

2) The account Admin may have used the wrong email address or spelt your email address incorrectly. Please check the email address used for any spelling mistakes.

 

3) This invitation email may have been caught in your spam filter. Please check your spam folder to see if the invitation email is located in this folder at all.

 

If all of the above details have been checked and your email has still not arrived, contact us via email at support@getbase.com or by phone at 1.800.940.9650 x 2 with the email address of your Base account and we will be able to assist you in getting set up!
