If you collect form submission through Gravity Forms and have ever wanted to take those submissions and send them to Base CRM to create leads, you can now do that with the help of Zapier.
Here's what you'll need to get started:
* A Zapier account - https://zapier.com
* The Gravity Forms plugin
* The Gravity Forms Zapier add-on
* A Base CRM account
First you'll want to start creating a zap that automatically takes new Gravitiy Forms form submissions and uses that data to create leads in Base CRM. Click the “Use this Zap” button to get started. You'll first be reminded to setup your Gravity Forms form, so go ahead and do that if you haven't already.
Next, you'll need to make sure you have the Gravity Forms plugin with the Zapier add-on installed. Then just visit the Form Settings > Zapier settings of the form you'd like to trigger this zap with and add the URL Zapier provides to your setup. Be sure to mark it as active and save it! If you're having trouble, you can view detailed instructions [here](http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Zapier_Add-On).
Once you've done that, the next step is to connect your Base CRM account. After clicking on “Connect”, you’ll be asked to enter in your API Token to authorize your account to be connected with Zapier.
In the next step, you’ll need to use the "Insert Fields" button to map in data from your Gravity Forms form to fill in the first name, last name, and email address of the new lead you'll be creating. More on that process here.
Finally, we’ll turn your zap on and you'll have the chance to test it out with entries from your Gravity Forms form. Information from new form entries will now automatically end up as leads in your Base CRM account.
