How do I Export a Smart List?

 

Creating a Smart List will allow you filter, sort, and export your data into a customizable report from Zendesk Sell!

NOTE: You must either be an Admin or be granted permission by an Admin to Export from See. This setting can be changed under Export Settings, see below for instructions.

 

To Export your Smart List:

  1. Navigate to the Smart List tab under Leads, Contacts, or Deals
  2. Create a Smart List
  3. Select Actions
  4. Select Export

You'll get a notification within Sell when a Smart List has been exported. If you have email notifications turned on, you'll also receive an email as soon as the export is complete! 

 

Where Can I Find my Exported Smart List?

In order to download your exported Smart List, simply click on the email notification or export notification that appears in Sell. You can also download previously exported Smart Lists in your Export Settings.

Why Don’t I Have the Option to Export?!

If you don’t see the option to export in Sell, the Admin on your account will need to grant this permission by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Settings menu
  2. Select Export
  3. Select Export Options

Click on the dropdown menu to enable Smart List exports and select All Users
