From time to time you might run into browser issues. This can be caused by many reasons and here are the top tips to resolve common browser errors:
- First make sure you are running a browser and OS that Zendesk Sell supports. You can view our entire list here: Sell Supported Browsers
- Logout of Sell and then log back in
- Quit your browser and relaunch
- Try to clear out your Cache and Cookies. That may sound intimidating but we’ve got some guides below to walk you through it.
Clear cache and cookies
Google Chrome
- On your browser toolbar, select the Chrome menu
.
- Select More tools.
- Select Clear browsing data.
- In the box that appears, select “Cookies and other site and plug-in data,” and "Cached images and files.”
- On the menu box at the top, select "beginning of time" to delete everything.
- Select Clear browsing data.
Apple Safari
- Click Safari in the upper left hand side of your screen. In the menu that appears, click Preferences.
- In the window that appears, click the Privacy tab. Click the button Remove All Website Data....
- Click Remove Now in the pop up window that appears.
Firefox
- From the

to make it visible.

- From the drop-down menu, select the desired range; to clear your entire cache, select .
- Next to "Details", click the down arrow to choose which elements of the history to clear; to clear your entire cache, select all items.
