Filtering The Activity Feed

When you go to a record in Zendesk Sell, a Lead, for example, you have a lot of information to look at. The activity feed, at the center of your screen, provides all relevant activity related information about that record. To make it easy to find the exact information you are looking for, filter the feed.

What is the activity feed?

The activity feed is the area on your Lead, Contact or Deal card where the activity related information lives.


When should I look at the activity feed?

Use the activity feed when you are looking for this type of information:

  • Notes
  • Emails
  • Calls
  • Messages
  • Stage Changes
  • Completed Tasks
  • Appointments and Visits
  • Collaborations

Note: The filter options differ slightly depending which Object type you are on.
