Customizing Contacts preferences can help you to store and organize information connected to your Clients. Navigate to Contacts Settings and help your Reps work with Contacts more efficiently.
- CUSTOM FIELDS - Add custom fields to store information that you’d like to track about your clients.
- Industry field - Customize the list of available industries to categorize and better filter your Contacts. You’ll be able to see exactly how effective your sales are within certain Industries, and adjust your process accordingly!
- TAGS - Add tags to describe your contact with specific keywords. They're especially useful for filtering and grouping.
- SMART LINKS - Use Smart Links tool to dynamically link to other applications directly from your Contacts within Base.
