The Automated Power Dialer

The Automated Power Dialer feature is available on our Enterprise and Elite Plans.  This feature allows you to create an automatically dialed Call List within your Sell account.

Note: You will need to enable your Zendesk Sell Voice Feature in order to use this feature. Please navigate to the "Voice and Text" Section of your Settings to select a Zendesk Sell Voice Number. 

 

How to set up your Call List:

1. To get started, please navigate to your Leads, Contacts, or Deal section of your account.  Select the records you would like to call by checking the boxes in the first column.

2. Once selected, click on the phone icon at the top of the page to generate your list.

3. After you’ve finished creating a Call List, click on the blue "Start" button at the bottom of the page begin dialing out.

You will be presented with a countdown before the first call is placed.  Feel free to review your Call Scripts before the call begins or pause the Automated Power Dialer if you would like to come back to this list at a later time.

Calls will dial out one after the other, with a pause in between each call to allow you to log any relevant information about the call and prepare for the next one.

After each call, you should be presented with the "Call Summary" Page that will allow you to document the Call Outcome and Call Summary Notes. Please click "Save" to make sure the call is recorded in your account and counted in your reports.
