The Apps listed below can be enabled on your Sell account to help give your sales reps important marketing context and visibility into marketing content your prospects and customers are engaging with.

Mailchimp

What is Mailchimp? Mailchimp is a marketing automation platform that helps businesses manage email campaigns and communication with prospects and customers. You can create automated marketing campaigns, create and manage mailing lists, and analyze the results. 

Note: As a reminder, we have a native integration with MailChimp that can work together with this new App.

What is the Mailchimp App? With a few clicks, the Mailchimp App can be added to your Zendesk Sell account and will appear on your Leads and Contacts! The Mailchimp App allows you to:

  • See recent marketing activity of associated campaigns to your contacts
  • Subscribe or unsubscribe contacts from mailing lists with a single click-- all from Sell

How does the App work? MailChimp records are matched to Sell records based on email address

HubSpot

What is HubSpot? HubSpot offers marketing automation software that helps businesses manage their website, email campaigns, and more. Learn more here

What is the HubSpot App? With a few clicks, the HubSpot App can be added to your Zendesk Sell account and will appear on your Leads and Contacts! The new HubSpot App capabilities allow you to:

  • View which HubSpot email campaigns have been sent to a lead or contact
  • See when & which HubSpot campaign emails a lead or contact has opened and/or clicked on
  • View the lead or contact profile in HubSpot
  • Update HubSpot profile data from inside of Sell
  • View which HubSpot list(s) a lead or contact is associated to

GetResponse

What is GetResponse? GetResponse is a marketing platform that helps businesses manage email marketing, campaigns, online surveys & more.

What is the GetResponse App? With a few clicks, the GetResponse App can be added to your Zendesk Sell account and will appear on your Leads and Contacts! The new GetResponse App capabilities allow you to:

  • Subscribe leads or contacts to GetResponse mailing lists
  • View which GetResponse campaigns a lead or contact is subscribed to
  • See the date and time a lead or contact subscribed to a mailing list
