Accessing the My Apps page for your installed apps

Note: This feature is available through an open Early Access Program (EAP) launched on October 3, 2019. To sign up for the EAP, request access from your App Settings and complete the form.

You can install and manage your Sell app integrations from the Zendesk My Apps page.

To access the My Apps page

  1. Open Settings (click your name in the top right corner, and select Settings).
  2. From the Apps section, select Manage.
  3. The My Apps page appears, showing your currently installed apps.

On the Currently Installed tab you can see enabled and disabled apps.

On the Private Apps tab you can see private apps that are ready to be installed.
